Carson Tuttle has featured and headlined venues all over the Midwest, bringing his upbeat personality and “camp counselor energy” to the mic with each performance. He enjoys walking his Shih Tzu puppy, asking sidewalk fortune tellers to give him Tarot readings, and watching Murder She Wrote on the elliptical.

Carson began his comedy career in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he became a regular performer at Brad Stewart’s “Zoolarious!” At the legendary Zoo Bar. Since moving to Iowa City in 2018, his stand-up has received acclaim from audiences and peers alike. In 2021, Carson was voted the Best Local Stand-Up Comedian in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City by Little Village Magazine. He produces and hosts the “Red Room Comedy Showcase” at Iowa City’s Sanctuary Pub, which has quickly become one of the most successful independent showcases in Eastern Iowa. He is also a regular performer at the Lucky Cat Comedy Club in Cedar Rapids and the Joystick Comedy Arcade in Iowa City. Carson has opened and featured for comedians such as Sam Tallent, Dave Stone, Heather Land, Kevin Brown, and many more.
